Candacraig is a traditional first floor apartment
in the heart of this famous golfing and seaside village.
The property has private parking at the rear by the
entrance to the property and there’s a small private
garden space which is fully fenced. The property
has been modernised to a high standard and the skylight
in the upper hall floods the property with light.
The generously proportioned sitting room is at the
front of the property, facing south and has a comfortable
three-piece suite and other occasional furniture plus
television with DVD and video player. There is
an original fireplace fitted with gas flame effect fire
and a cupboard with a selection of videos and games.
The main bedroom faces south and is furnished with
large wardrobes and zip and link beds which can be made
up into a super king or twin beds as required. The
second bedroom which looks out to the rear of the property
also has zip and link beds, a chest of drawers and shelved
cupboard and two occasional chairs.
The dining kitchen which overlooks the garden has
been recently refurbished with quality kitchen units
and an electric oven and ceramic hob. It is well
equipped for all types of cooking and there is also
a microwave and fridge freezer. A washing machine
and dishwasher are also provided and there’s plenty
of space for dining around the oak table and chairs
provided.
Three steps lead down to the bathroom, furnished with
a white suite including sink, wc and power shower over
the bath. There are two good sized cupboards beside
the bathroom, one of which houses the boiler and hot
water tank and is equipped with a rack for drying clothes. There
is also a useful cupboard by the main door which can
be used for golf clubs or beach/outdoor gear - the long
sandy beach at Gullane is a five minute walk down the
road, and the golf course is at the end of the road.
