popular holiday destination
for visitors both from the
UK and abroad.
This first floor apartment
has been freshly painted
and fitted with quality furnishings,
bringing ‘hotel style’ comfort
to the self catering party. The accommodation includes
spacious hallway, fully fitted kitchen, sitting room with dining
area, and two twin bedrooms which can also be made up as super
kings. It has a modern bathroom with shower over bath. The
apartment has full central
heating, double glazing and
secure entry phone system.
The sitting room is comfortably
furnished with leather settee,
armchairs and occasional
tables. There is a TV with DVD
player and freeview. At the other end of the room is a
dining area with table and four chairs. An archway leads
on to the kitchen which is fitted with modern white units – there
is a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob as well as a washing
machine. All the usual
kitchen equipment is provided
including kettle and toaster
and plenty of utensils.
Both the bedrooms are well
proportioned and have zip and
link beds which allows them
to be made up to super king
size or left as two single beds. There is plenty of wardrobe space
and in the larger of the two beds there is a portable TV and
chest of drawers. Next
to the bedrooms is the bathroom
with white suite comprising
bath with electric shower over,
toilet and basin.
We would recommend this apartment
highly to those who want hotel
standard comfort but with
the privacy and flexibility
of self-catering. There
is so much to enjoy in this area, with many wonderful beaches
on the doorstep, golf courses aplenty and the village tea shop
or bakery where you can enjoy delicious refreshments. For
eating out at night there is the Old Clubhouse Pub, Golf Inn
and also the renowned ‘La Potiniere’ restaurant right
in the village – booking recommended! For
the more adventurous Edinburgh
is just a 25 min train ride
from nearby Drem Station.
