Its hard to imagine a better place to enjoy your beachside holiday than Tantallon Terrace. This spacious ground floor apartment is literally across the road from the beach and enjoys fantastic views from the front windows. The East Bay Beach, Bass Rock and the kingdom of Fife are all beautifully framed by Tantallon’s large bay windows.  For golf enthusiasts, the Glen Golf Club is next door and there are many other superb courses in the east of Scotland, within easy travelling distance of North Berwick. There is plenty to see and do in the immediate area, and the capital city of Edinburgh can be reached directly by train in 33 minutes from the station.

Fully upgraded, Tantallon has gas central heating and a private driveway for parking. It has been beautifully decorated and styled and has many traditional features including original wooden doors and Victorian tiling, as featured in the spacious entrance hallway.

The generous drawing room has high ceilings and large windows and has been decorated it pale shades as a backdrop to the stunning views across the bay. There are two comfortable sofas arranged around the working fireplace and also a large window seat, an ideal place to enjoy the view, relax with a book or have a drink. There is a large wooden dining table suitable for formal dining.

Tantallon has three bedrooms: the double room is decorated in warm shades with a Rennie Mackintosh style fireplace. This room has its own en suite shower, toilet and sink. There are two further twin bedrooms and there is a large family bathroom with shower over bath, sink and WC in white.

The kitchen has a range style cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and the usual equipment including kettle, toaster etc. There is an island table for informal dining with bar stool seating. Off the kitchen is a small playroom with TV/DVD/video. There is a separate utility room housing the washer/dryer..

The road at the front is a quiet minor road and there are gardens up to the front door. Out the back of the property there are further gardens and a gate to a large green area which creates additional sunny space to relax and appreciate this property’s enviable location.
