This is a third
floor apartment situated on the East Beach with panoramic views over the
East Bay to the Bass Rock. A two-minute walk takes you either to the harbour
and Scottish Seabird Centre or in the other direction to the shops and
High Street.
Entering
the living room the vista from the large picture
window of the beautiful coastal scenery is truly
awe-inspiring! This room is furnished with a
comfortable metal action bed settee, coffee
table, dining table with seating for four, television
and gas fire.
The separate
kitchen also has views over the East Beach and is fitted with white base
and wall units, electric cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle
and full compliment of kitchen utensils.
There is a
pine double bed with fitted mirror wardrobe in the bedroom, which also
benefits from gorgeous views to the west over the town towards the West
Bay.
The bathroom
has a three-piece suite with power shower over the bath.
