There is a sea view from the front of this main door, first floor apartment which is also convenient for the town centre shops and restaurants and just a few steps away from the seafront and the beach with views overlooking the Bass Rock, East Bay and Seabird Centre.
This tastefully decorated accommodation comprises a lounge, double bedroom, kitchen/diner, toilet and bathroom with corner bath incorporating overhead shower. Guest can enjoy a relaxed drink or snack at the kitchen table while enjoying a view to the beach which is just a few steps down the road.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with shades of white and cream - a perfect combination for a restful (or active) holiday! There is a 2 seater settee/sofa bed, television (with freeview) plus DVD and other occasional furniture around the focal point, a traditional style fireplace. There is a large window making it a light an airy room. There is a folding table and chairs for dining if required.
The bedroom is comfortably furnished with antique pine double bed and furniture - all bedding is provided though we would ask that you bring your own towels or book at £5/set.
The very spacious dining kitchen has fitted wall and base units and a beautiful table with seating for 3/4 people. There is a fridge/freezer, electric cooker/gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and full complement of kitchen utensils.
There is separate toilet with hand basin and a good sized bathroom with a corner bath incorporating and overhead shower. The parking is on street or in the nearby public carpark.
